General terms and conditions of business

The present General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter also referred to as GTC) contain between you (hereinafter referred to as "participant") and Holistic Psychotherapy represented by the owner Irina Simonett (hereinafter referred to as "therapist") as organizer for the implementation of the group offers and therapy sessions exclusively applicable conditions.

All provisions apply unless otherwise agreed in the individual agreement.

Conclusion of contract and terms of payment:

For organizational reasons, you can only register for a course using the respective registration form on the homepage under "ganzheitlichepsychotherapie.ch" or by sending an email to the e-mail address "irina.simonett@hin.ch". The customer receives a confirmation e-mail with the invoice details for the course fee. The contract is concluded with the consent of the customer to the general terms and conditions that can be viewed.

The prices are in Swiss francs. For organizational reasons, the course fee must be paid in advance. Exceptions are the online therapies/coaching sessions. These can be paid by invoice and must be paid within 30 days. The cancellation must be received at least 48 hours before the start of the appointment, otherwise CHF 180 will be charged.

Services:

The therapist offers group courses as well as individual sessions. The services result from the currently valid course program. We reserve the right to change dates due to unforeseeable circumstances.

The location of the group sessions are provided when registering. For the "outside in nature" sessions, the meeting point will be communicated a few days before the course. The current dates and all courses can be seen on the homepage www.ganzheitlichepsychotherapie.ch. The starting times, scope of services, and course fees can be found in the applicable course program.

Cancellation/partial cancellation by the participant:

A refund of the course costs in case of non-attendance or only temporary participation is not possible.

If the customer cancels up to 21 days before the start of the course, the participant is given the opportunity to rebook their session to another date. The transferability of participation to a third person remains unaffected; the customer has the right at any time to transfer his participation to another person up to the beginning of the respective course. If you cancel in writing up to 4 weeks before the start of the course, the course fee will be refunded, with a processing fee of CHF 20.00 being retained.

Invoice:

The group sessions as well as the online therapy/coaching session can be billed by the health insurance company. A doctor's prescription is required. The clarification of this matter is the responsibility of the participant. If an invoice for the health insurance company is required, the person contacts the therapist by email so that the invoice can be issued and sent.
