MY HOLISTIC APPROACH

We human beings are complex, and in my view, there is not just one approach that works for everyone.
My services are holistic, addressing body, mind, and soul, and are as colorful and diverse as people themselves. Every person has their own life story and path. Learning with and from one another is, in my opinion, a valuable way to grow and develop.

Several years ago, I started my own practice in order to support people (almost) free from rigid structures and systems – in a safe space, both in groups and individually. My services are designed to serve as a bridge while waiting for a therapy spot, as a complement to ongoing therapy, or as a six-month mentoring program.

I accompany people through life’s challenges with a holistic approach that equally values body, mind, and soul. Whether through individual therapy, courses, meditation, forest bathing, or lectures – my services provide flexible support, especially during waiting periods for therapy or as follow-up care. In a safe setting, you will find space for your personal concerns, discover useful tools and strategies, and strengthen your self-reflection, emotional stability, and inner balance. My foundation is person-centered talk therapy, complemented by expertise in nutrition, mindfulness, nature therapy, energy healing, and meditation. My goal: to foster your well-being in its full depth – so that you not only survive, but truly live from your heart.

I need help – Now: For anyone seeking support and connection during the waiting period for a therapy spot or in challenging life phases.

Holistic Psychotherapy: My approach combines classical psychotherapy with modern methods from bodywork, mindfulness, and resilience training. Together, we explore not only your thoughts and emotions, but also the signals of your body, your nutrition, and your environment. This creates genuine, sustainable healing.

Mentoring Program – 6 months of intensive guidance: For those who want to go deeper. Over this period, I accompany you intensively to anchor lasting changes in your life.

 

Business Coaching: For individuals seeking support in building their business, or who would like to address workplace-related challenges in greater depth.

 

Forest Bathing: Nature is deeply healing – it slows you down, calms the mind, and reconnects you with yourself. Through forest bathing, mindfulness exercises, and therapeutic impulses in the forest, you can relax, release stress, and realign with your inner self.

Online Meditation: It is already scientifically proven that meditation positively influences our brain structures. You can join comfortably from home, or from a quiet room at work, or any place of your choice. Treat yourself to a midweek break and some time just for you. I will guide the meditation, so all you need to do is sit back and enjoy.

Weekend Retreats: Immerse yourself in a weekend full of peace, inspiration, and rejuvenation. These retreats invite you to leave everyday life behind and fully focus on yourself.

In all of my services, I share my knowledge, while our exchange provides the opportunity to discover new insights about yourself. I am committed to always maintaining a broad, holistic perspective and making my full expertise available to you. Your well-being is my top priority.
